Wow we are motoring through the weeks! Here we go for a busy week 5....
*GALA - Thursday from 4-7pm. If you can spare some time to help out, please let me know.
*Swimming sports is only for the Middle and Senior Teams.
*The Golden Time Tug o War did not happen on Friday as we had the Leaders investiture. It will happen this Friday at 1:30pm.
*This week is a big one in the Catholic Calendar.
Monday at 1:30 in the hall - Shrove Tuesday and Promise
Ceremony. We are in charge of this so if you can attend, lovely.
Wednesday at 9:00 in the Church - Ash Wednesday Mass.
*Writing: We are continuing with our learning around Recount writing this week and will have some more special experiences to help us plan our writing, order our ideas, use some wow words and write several related sentences.
*Maths: We will continue with counting on in tens.
*Reading: I'm very pleased with how the reading is going. Keep up the great work at home and thank you for supporting your kids to be lovers of books.
*RE: all about shrove Tuesday, Ash Wednesday and Lent this week. Please have a talk at home about this very special time in the Church.
